Incorrect shipping address

Return and Refund Policy
Commitment to Satisfaction
At Pajamashere, we are dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and calm shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return or exchange. Please note that requests beyond 30 days will not be honored. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, items must be returned in original packaging, including all components, and items must be in the same unworn or unused condition as received.
- Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.
General Return Process

- Ship the Item Back: If eligible for return, we will provide a return label and coordinate pickup with UPS or FedEx.
- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection (7 days), we will process the refund.

- No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
